Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will be a high performer with 3 - 4 years of experience in the following areas:

Employment law compliance advice and counselingLitigation, specifically trade secrets and employee mobility, wrongful termination, employment discrimination and harassment, whistleblowerPreparation and negotiation of employment agreements, separation agreements, and other employment and personnel related contracts, policiesConducting due diligence, and drafting and negotiating employment-related agreements and aspects of purchase and merger agreements in the context corporate M&A transactions
