You will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring financial records, preparing financial statements, and supporting financial audits. Additionally, you will work closely with the finance team to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Your Day-to-day Tasks Will IncludeProcessing and recording financial transactionsPreparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsAssisting with financial audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standardsPerforming reconciliation of general ledger accounts and bank accountsMonitoring and analyzing budget variancesAssisting with the preparation of budgeting and forecasting reportsSupporting ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirementsDesired Experience And Technical SkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA certification preferredProficient with financial accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailSolid understanding of accounting principles and standards (e.g., GAAP)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsRequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financeStrong knowledge of financial reporting and analysisFamiliarity with budgeting and forecasting processesDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesPreferredPrevious experience in a corporate accounting roleKnowledge of commercial real estate accounting practicesAdvanced Excel skills
