Our client, a telecommunications company located in Stamford, CT and Charlotte, NC, is in need of a Release Manager on a 3 to 6 month contract-to-hire basis. The Release Manager will work onsite daily at one of those locations, joining a team focused on mobile billing technologies and solutions (Amdocs). The Release Manager will be responsible for owning the release process (typically 4 active month-long sprints happening simultaneously), managing timelines and budgets, and acting as the liaison between technical teams and various stakeholders.
Required Skills:8+ years of hands-on experience working in release managementProven track record of success overseeing a high volume of concurrent complex sprintsExpert knowledge of entire SDLCStrong communication skills with the ability to professionally push back on timelines and budgets as needed
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with billing technologies such as Amdocs, ICOMS, CSG, etc. (highly preferred)Experience working in an Agile environmentMobile/Telecom industry experienceLocal to either Charlotte, NC or Stamford, CT (highly preferred)
