Busy family Law Firm seeking a skilled Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, must be licensed in Massachusetts and in good standing.
The candidate must be an attorney capable of working independently in a fast paced legal environment with the ability to efficiently multitask. Applicants should be organized and comfortable with handling a significant volume of cases.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, guardianships and other related issuesProvide legal advice and counsel to clients, maintaining strong communication and ensuring client satisfactionAttend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferencesConduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive client service and case management.
