While identifying and planning strategic goals, this role will partner with key stakeholders to drive strong business results in Talent Acquisition by using creative approaches and analyzing trends.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field requiredMinimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition required, preferably in LPC or healthcareMinimum of 5 years of supervisory experience requiredKnowledge of legal requirements pertaining to talent acquisition practicesExtensive experience with Applicant Tracking SystemsProficient with talent acquisition strategies and employer branding
