Job Overview:The Director of Talent Acquisition will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing talent acquisition strategies that uphold the our client's mission and drive operational excellence. This position is responsible for identifying and executing strategic goals, collaborating with key stakeholders, and leveraging innovative approaches to ensure effective hiring practices. The Director will focus on maintaining high standards of recruitment while supporting organizational growth, particularly in the retirement and senior care services sector.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.Partner with leadership and stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business goals.Oversee the talent acquisition lifecycle, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's market presence as an employer of choice.Manage and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.Analyze market trends and recruitment data to inform strategic decision-making.Design and implement creative approaches to attract top talent in the healthcare and senior care sectors.Provide leadership and guidance to the talent acquisition team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement.Requirements Include:Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field required.Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in LPC or healthcare.At least 5 years of supervisory experience in talent acquisition.Skills:

Proficient in designing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies.Strong expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment technologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.Certifications:

Not required but relevant HR or recruitment certifications are a plus.Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of legal requirements related to talent acquisition practices.Familiarity with employer branding and strategic workforce planning.Key Competencies:Strong leadership and team management abilities.Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.Innovative and creative approach to solving recruitment challenges.Strategic thinker with a results-driven orientation.Additional Information:Work Environment:
