Job Description:
Genesis of Milford is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service BDR/Loaner Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing the loaner fleet, and following up with customers after their service appointments.
Responsibilities:Schedule service appointments efficiently and effectively.Manage and coordinate the loaner vehicle fleet.Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicles and service appointments.Provide exceptional customer service and support.Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using computer systems and software.Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.Benefits:
