Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a track-record of hitting goals and be enthusiastic about training and leading others. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing a team of sales people and supporting our customers.

Hire, train, and develop a team of automotive salespeopleCoach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performanceSet sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotasAssist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responsesExplain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customersDescribe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchasePerform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehiclesLearn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standardsProvide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing dealsQualifications

Must have dealership and management experienceLeadership skills with a real passion for training fellow employeesEnthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workdayGoal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating pricingAttention to detail and problem solving capabilitiesQuality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skillsClean driving record & valid driver's license
