Previous dealership and management experience is requiredLeadership skills with a passion for training fellow employeesStrong closing skills to attain maximum gross profitEnthusiasm with high energy throughout the sales workdayGoal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating priceKnowledge in the use of CRM, DMS, and Desking tools requiredQuality customer service, communication, computer, and essential math skillsClean driving record & valid driver's license
