needed to support the Office of the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Privacy, Civil Liberties, and Transparency (OATSD(PCLT)) in Alexandria, VA. The Economist will provide economic analysis support to various directorates within OATSD(PCLT).Responsibilities:Assist with cost/benefit analyses for Federal regulations, guidance documents, and notices.Define project goals and objectives.Identify stakeholders and project alternatives.Predict costs and benefits over time.Conduct sensitivity analyses and support decision-making.Provide analytical support to OSD and DoD Components.Required Skills/Experience:Economic analysis experience for Federal government.Experience in DoD or Federal agency preferred.Education Requirement/Required Years of Experience:Master's in economics with math, statistics, and computer science training. At least 1 year of experience.Clearance Requirement:Active US Security Clearance (Secret) required.
