We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.As a Sales Operations Business Partner with BEP, you will be an instrumental role in supporting Sales Reps and Sales Management by supporting their sales submissions through tracking support and coordinating the business insights that drive successful complete sales signups. This role will also work with the Sale’s teams to capture their business requirements in order to support their sales processes and initiatives, as well as identifying areas for improvement. This role reports directly to our Director of Sales Integration and will work very closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations teams.Your impact:Form strong relationships and maintain regular contact with Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, and Sales LeadersSupport the monthly/quarterly Sales Team goals & the Sales Incentive process managed by the Compensation team through Sales dashboards and reportProvide support and departmental coordination for Sales team inquiries and sales submission trackingTranslate strategy & business requirements into sales operations business process improvements, develop operational plans, execute, measure, and iterateDrive adoption of CRM tools, reports, dashboards & processes across SalesEnsure quality of CRM dataReview and analyze prepared dashboards and reports in order to provide actionable sales metricsAssist with the sales forecast & pipeline management frameworkAbout you:You are an effective, good communicator with the ability to remove blockers efficiently and align multiple stakeholdersAbility to educate and gain acceptance and adherence to processes and usage of system from Sales Teams and LeadersStrong customer service skillset to verbally and virtually work with Sales team in a support mannerYou are curious with a desire to dig in, troubleshoot, and solve problemsStrong time management, organizational, and critical thinking skillsEasily adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentValue feedback and constantly strive to improve and learnHave tenacity and are dependable with ability to work autonomouslyIdeally a 4-year Bachelors’ degree2+ year(s) of related work experience, preferably in sales operations, customer support/success or a business support role2+ year(s) experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)Preferred, but not required, CRM Dashboard and Report building experienceWhat's in this for you?Amazing coverages to start.
