Focus is on understanding costs and cost behavior and the use of cost information for planning, evaluation, and control decisions. Students learn how a business manager uses management accounting information to solve problems and manage activities within an organization.
Qualifications:Candidates must have a Master's or Ph.D. preferred in a relevant area of Accounting discipline.
Candidates should have a successful record of teaching experience at the undergraduate level and experience/familiarity with online/hybrid instruction in order to prepare for contingencies. This position requires all course work to be performed in the state of California. Candidates must perform all course-related work within the state of California.
Salary: $6,480 and $10,308 dependent on qualifications. The salary range for this position is covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the College and SEIU, Local 1021.
