The Reporting & Business Intelligence Team is currently seeking a dynamic individual to drive change and solve complex challenges by utilizing data as a Business Intelligence Analyst.Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Generate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for our private client and institutional relationshipsProduce custom business-segment and/or firm analytics for managerial reporting on a regular or ad-hoc basisDevelop, communicate, and/or expound reports and analysis for internal and external stakeholdersTroubleshoot any reporting or operational process errors, then propose and implement solutionsManage projects to create or improve reporting content and/or advance strategic business goalsSupport client use of TouchPoint, the firm’s proprietary online client-access portalProvide support, innovation, and project consultation for multiple business segmentsDevelop industry insights through proactive networking, conference attendance, and independent researchAnalyze and interpret relevant investment data, including portfolio positions, transactions, and performanceQualifications:

Bachelor’s degree requiredSuperior analytical and problem solving skillsExperience with Microsoft Excel (VBA preferred)Superior written and oral communication skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedDiligent work ethicExperience working in a team environmentProactive mentalityAbility to adapt in a positive manner to rapidly changing prioritiesAbility to remain calm in a fast paced environmentAbility to handle confidential material with utmost discretionInterested applicants must conduct themselves in a highly professional mannerKnowledge of Advent Software or other portfolio management systems preferredKnowledge of FactSet/Bloomberg/MPI/Tableau preferredAbility to work in an office locationBenefits
