Additionally, the candidate must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina and have a desire to work collaboratively within a national practice.Duties

Handle corporate leasing matters, including negotiating and drafting lease agreements.Oversee construction-related legal issues, providing guidance on contracts and disputes.Facilitate property acquisition and disposition processes, from due diligence to closing.Handle legal aspects of real estate financing and investment transactions.Negotiate and draft agreements related to real estate joint ventures.Assist in the legal aspects of real estate development and redevelopment projects.Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate leasing, portfolio management, construction, property acquisition and disposition, real estate financing and investment, real estate joint ventures, and/or development and redevelopment.Strong academic credentials with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina.Certifications

Active membership in the North Carolina State Bar.Skills
