The successful candidate will contribute to the firm's national practice and collaborate with colleagues.Duties:

Handle corporate leasing matters, including drafting and negotiating leases.Manage real estate portfolios and provide legal guidance on construction projects.Facilitate property acquisition and disposition transactions, including due diligence and contract negotiations.Navigate complex real estate financing and investment transactions.Structure and negotiate real estate joint ventures and development agreements.Stay abreast of legal developments and trends in real estate law.Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate leasing, portfolio management, construction, property acquisition and disposition, real estate financing and investment, real estate joint ventures, and/or development and redevelopment.Strong academic credentials and a law degree from an accredited institution.Solid experience in sophisticated real estate law.Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.Strong work ethic and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:

Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.Skills:

Legal research and writing skills.Contract negotiation and drafting.Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Knowledge of Texas real estate laws and regulations.
