Creditors' rights law firm seeks a Bankruptcy Attorney. Position requires client contact and a high-volume workload. License to practice law required; license to practice in Georgia preferred.Basic FunctionManagement of routine bankruptcy matters; drafting and reviewing pleadings and claims filed in bankruptcy cases; potential hearing attendance; responding to general firm wide bankruptcy inquiries; and other duties as assigned.Responsibilities-Reviewing filings on behalf of the clients-Monitoring of all electronic filings (ECFs)-Resolving routine bankruptcy matters-Regular communication with the client, opposing counsel and the CourtRequired SkillsKnowledge of bankruptcy rules/laws and general Creditor Rights lawsComputer Literacy ProfessionalismKeyboard Skills Attention to detailTime Management Communication SkillsEducationLaw degree – JDLicense to practice law (Georgia license preferred)Admitted to District and/or Bankruptcy Courts in Georgia preferredExperience3-5 years Bankruptcy experience
