Workday Financials AMS SCM Lead,

your primary responsibilities may include:Provide enhancement and maintenance of clients financials business processCreating and Updating Workday configurations based on client requirementsProven experience with troubleshooting and issue resolution techniquesFacilitates requirements gathering and documentation, leading discovery and design sessionsFocuses on identifying trends, determines root cause of problems, predicts future implications and determines solutions to drive effective business decisionsSupports release management, reviews release summary and releases readiness documents from system vendorsIdentifies enhancements relevant to the financials system and impacts to downstream systemsIdentification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support proceduresWhy should I join the Accenture Workday team?Innovate every day.

The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Heres what you need:Workday Financials Partner CertificationMinimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant, or similar level roleMinimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials experienceMinimum of 3 years of US and/or Global Financials OperationsBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate's degree, must have a minimum 6 years of work experience)Bonus points if:Proficiency in multiple business processes:(PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, etc)Experience leading global and/or LE Workday engagements.Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment.Other leading Cloud based SaaS financial application implementation experience: (Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit 4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Lawson, etc...)An advanced degree in the area of specializationCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
