The attorney will represent the Director of Revenue before the Administrative Hearing Commission, provide legal guidance, draft regulations and legal opinions, and engage in various other legal duties as assigned. This is an excellent opportunity to gain immediate litigation experience as well as learn a complex area of law. This position affords the opportunity for experience with a number of tax types, professional career development, and valuable training and mentoring.
