CNC Machinist/CAM Programmer

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading custom equipment manufacturer who is looking for a CNC Machinist/CAM Programmer to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 6:30am-5pm Monday-Thursday.Responsibilities:

CNC Machinist/Programmer will set up and program CNC Mills and lathes

Machinist/Programmer will review set up instructions, drawings, inspection forms and other relevant documentation

Machinist/Programmer will load tools per set up instructions, set tool offsets

Machinist/Programmer will locate, download, and input proper CNC Programs

Machinist/Programmer will adjust equipment, inspect parts, and submit passing parts to QA

Machinist/Programmer will begin production once first article is approved from QA

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years experience programming and setting up CNC Mills and Lathes

Candidates must be able to read and understand engineering drawings

Candidates must understand G code

Candidates must have a strong knowledge of tooling and feeds, speeds, etc.

Candidates must be able to download programs from the computer
