We're in search of a skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our exciting platform. This individual will play a key role in coding, testing, and maintaining our high-volume and complex backend applications. Our Software Engineers have the opportunity to work with the latest tech stacks and tools, tackling some of the most challenging problems in our industry.
Preferred candidates are those located in Nashville, TN. Remote work is an option for suitable candidates, with a preference for those in the EST/CST time zones.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Develop and test new applications and features, emphasizing performance, scalability, and robustness, while adhering to industry-standard best practices.Create clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and frameworks.Generate comprehensive development documentation and effectively identify and troubleshoot issues in high-volume applications.Engage in technical requirements gathering, technology selection, Azure infrastructure design, and DevOps CI/CD process design under the guidance of experienced technical professionals.Cultivate relationships with Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Engineers, Architects, Product Owners, and other pertinent stakeholders.What are the requirements needed for this position?
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.Proficiency in implementing and maintaining back-end APIs using one of the following programming languages: C#, Python, or Go, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience.2+ years of experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Microsoft SQL Server, and experience/knowledge of NoSQL/document databases (preferably MongoDB).Experience with one of the front-end technology stacks: Angular, React, or Vue.Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.Adaptability to new technologies and a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends.What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.Capacity to flourish in a startup-like culture, excel in ambiguous situations, and embrace technical challenges.Capability to quickly grasp new technologies.Experience/Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions, Terraform is desirable.Experience with Azure or similar cloud-based platforms.Pay Range
$71,300.00 - $119,100.00Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.Expected application deadline is
