Job Overview:The Bankruptcy Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings, providing legal counsel on bankruptcy-related matters, and managing caseloads efficiently.

Duties:

Conduct legal research and analysis on bankruptcy cases.

Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents for bankruptcy litigation.

Represent clients in bankruptcy court hearings and proceedings.

Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding bankruptcy laws and regulations.

Attend and participate in negotiations and settlement discussions.

Requirements:

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar in North Carolina.
