Job Description: As a Hybrid Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive informed business decisions and enhance operational efficiency. You will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 ERP, Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Accounting Information Systems to extract, transform, and analyze data. Additionally, you will leverage your strong Power BI experience to create insightful visualizations and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.Utilize Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 ERP to extract and manipulate financial data for analysis.Develop and maintain complex financial models and reports using Microsoft Excel and SQL.Design and implement interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.Contribute to the development of forecasting models to support strategic decision-making.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the BI environment.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.5+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Accounting Information Systems.Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 ERP.Proficiency in Power BI with a proven track record of developing impactful visualizations.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.Proven success in contributing to complex financial reporting and forecasting initiatives.
