This is a senior-level position with a focus on extensive litigation practice across federal and state courts.Position Overview:As a Litigation Associate, you will play a key role in handling complex business disputes, bringing your expertise to federal and state courts. The successful candidate will have 6-8 years of experience and possess comprehensive knowledge of civil procedure. Key responsibilities include fact investigation, drafting motions and briefs, managing complex e-discovery, and preparing deposition outlines.• Federal court clerk experience• California bar license, or immediate eligibilityQualifications:• 6-8 years of litigation experience• Comprehensive knowledge of civil procedure• Expertise in complex business disputes• Court experience is critical• Skills in fact investigation, motion and brief drafting• Proficient in managing complex e-discovery• Exceptional written and oral communication skills• Active participation in business development• Commitment to promoting diversity within the team• Salary Range: $230,000 - $315,000 per year
