Rep to join our team! As a Business to Business Development Manager, you will be working with each and every department in the company to understand their training needs and develop new systems and strategies for training, learning, and growth. Ultimately, your success will be measured by the success of those around you and how well you can identify new opportunities for development. The ideal candidate has exceptional problem-solving skills, experience building a training program, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Responsibilities:Work closely with multiple departments to determine their training and knowledge needsIn-person sales and marketing trainingDesign and implement new training programs, including creating materials, videos, and other contentTroubleshoot problem areas and offer solutions for existing programsBuild and maintain a library of resources and knowledge for the teamManage the budget of your department, ensuring all programs you implement are cost-effectiveQualifications:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detailDemonstrated experience developing and implementing new, successful training programsThe ability to work well independentlyExperience using learning management systems
