Commercial Superintendent / Project Manager

Apple Roofing is currently seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Superintendent / Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee commercial roofing projects and ensure their successful completion.The Commercial Superintendent / Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe work environment. Responsibilities:

Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finishCreate and maintain project schedulesAllocate resources and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliersMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standardsResolve any project issues or conflicts that may ariseMaintain accurate project documentation and recordsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environmentPrevious experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent in commercial roofingStrong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation processesExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to problem-solve and make decisions under pressureProficiency in project management software and toolsValid driver's license and clean driving recordOSHA certification preferredMedical, dental and vision benefitsRetirement fund option
