We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Roofing Construction Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to deliver projects that exceed expectations.Our top applicant has a passion for building, is bilingual, and has a history of finishing construction on time and within budget. If you’re a natural-born leader who thrives on motivating a team and ensuring excellence in the finished product, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and coordinate roofing projects, including managing resources and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sitesMonitor project progress, quality of work, and adherence to specificationsConduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptlyManage project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost control and efficiencyCommunicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns as neededProvide leadership and guidance to roofing crews and subcontractorsMaintain accurate project documentation and reportsEnsure teams work to follow all health and safety standards to prevent injuries and obstacles to project completion, and quickly report any safety regulation issuesSchedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are metForecast monetary needs for the project and accurately manage the budgetSecure any required licenses and permits from appropriate authorities to ensure construction is up to codeDetermine the project deliverables and specifications, including the project scope, necessary project resources, and estimated labor needed by collaborating with clients, engineers, and architectsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in roofing or general construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleProven ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawingsStrong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety practicesExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Procore, STACK, Acculynx)Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites in cities outside of Houston for a commercial roof installFamiliarity with construction project management software is highly valuedPossess a deep understanding of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, project management principles, and construction methods1+ years of experience as a construction project managerCompensation$60,000 + commission and/or bonus structureAbout All Roofing and Remodeling Co., Inc.We are a firmly established business with a great reputation that takes pride in our work.
