In this role, the right individual will be instrumental in ensuring the highest quality commercial roofing services are provided in a timely fashion.What you'll doCoordinate with project manager and safety director to implement and maintain safe, high quality roof installationsReading and takeoffs from Plans/Specs for new/reroof projects.Coordinating employees to form appropriate crew size for each project.On site management of assigned projects on a daily basisPrioritizing projects schedule for multiple projectsCoordinate material deliveries for all projects.Insure inventory of materials received at project site.Participate in all pre-construction meetings.Communicate with customers continually regarding scheduling.Coordinate Final Inspections with Customer/Manufacturer.Complete Project closeout documents.Ensure overall Quality Control of projects.Assist Estimating on an as needed basis and small service projects.QualificationsMultiple years field experience with commercial roof construction.Experience and knowledge of a wide range of commercial roofing systems and roofing manufacturers.Leader Organized Communication (both written and verbal) Project Management Quality Management Supervisor Detail Oriented and Quality Focus.Read and understand specifications and blueprints.Ability to work with Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).Willing to be trained and use company software.This position requires a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
