As a Senior Technical Implementation Engineer I, you will be a part of a growing team of talented engineers responsible for implementing and supporting Alkami’s complex enterprise banking software solutions in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. As an experienced engineer, you will help to define processes and procedures while mentoring junior level engineers. Candidates will help to drive key company initiatives focused on efficiency and scalability.Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Provide product specific technical expertise and leadershipIntegrate with 3rd party vendors including proprietary Credit Union and Bank host systems in a .NET environment with a SQL back-endInstall, configure, customize and resolve all technical issues related to new Alkami Digital Banking implementationsIdentify technical challenges and provide recommendations for improvement, focusing on client satisfaction and efficiencyWork closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex technical issuesAbility to solve most high level problems independentlyAssist in mentoring junior level team membersGo-to person for a wide range of problem complexities and areasQualifications:
4+ years T-SQL, Postgres or relevant RDB experience2+ years .NET Framework, C#2+ years ASP.NET MVC 5Strong sense of urgency and ownership to drive technical challenges to completionExperience collaborating with both internal and client-facing technical resourcesProven ability communicating challenges to technical and non-technical stakeholdersDesired Skills:
Powershell or other scripting language experienceExperience implementing systems with a focus on scalability and high-availabilityExperience implementing and troubleshooting SSO’sDesire to continually learn and keep up-to-date with technologiesComfortable suggesting ways to incorporate new products and policies to help enhance efficiency and productivityExperience working with financial or healthcare software productsCool Things to Know
