This role is responsible for clients solutions that perform full customer lifecycle management (CLM), including prospecting, KYC and onboarding, account opening, ongoing fraud mgmt. and risk mgmt. and customer growth.Our data-driven CLM solutions leverage that to help millions of consumers and businesses manage their finances, keep their money safe, get access to capital and optimize their spend.This role is accountable for helping Alkami’s Financial Institutions acquire and retain more customers and for the internal data strategy and solutions, including our Data standards and policies, Business Intelligence, Data Governance and AI.This position reports directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO).Key Responsibilities & Duties:Management of the P&L of the Customer Lifecycle Management solutions for Alkami’s clients.Define and execute on our internal data strategy, including the standards and policies governing how data is structured and used.Design and execute on the Product Strategy, including the execution of target market analysis and product-market-fit analysis.Management of the Product and Technology Operating Model.Delivery on the Product Roadmap by partnering with the Technology team.Engage our Financial Institution clients to establish a feedback loop to inform the Product Roadmap.Work with other Product leaders to incorporate their solutions into the Digital Servicing platform.Attract, retain, coach, develop, inspire, and motivate a team of high performing product managers and product leaders.Qualifications:15+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 10+ years in senior leadership.10+ years building and launching CLM and/or data solutions.Experience in Agile operating models and Design Thinking.Proficient knowledge of consumer, business banking and commercial banking strategy and operations.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related disciplines preferred.Strong strategic and persuasive communication and presentation skills.Desired Skills:Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong organizational and project management skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Personal Attributes:Highly proactive and self-motivated.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Cool Things to Know:Not Just Any Company:
