Kisinger Campo & Associates (KCA) currently has openings in our
Tampa, Orlando, Fort Myers, and Tallahassee, FL offices for both Entry Level and Professional Level Traffic Engineers.
Qualifications for Entry Level:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with focus in Transportation.
0-5 years of design experience in Traffic Design and Engineering.
Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and be able to function effectively as a team member
Required to obtain PE license within one year of employment or 5 years from graduation
Qualifications for Professional Level:
PE License
4-15 years of design experience in Traffic Design and Engineering
MicroStation traffic plans production experience a plus
Responsibilities:
Conduct traffic capacity analysis, prepare traffic impact studies & reports
Manage and prepare construction traffic plans for highway signing and pavement markings, roadway lighting, signalization, and ITS.
This position will provide a unique opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of traffic operations modeling, analysis and design as well as experience working closely with the FDOT and local municipalities under the supervision of senior traffic engineers.
