Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Admitted to the New Mexico State Bar.At least 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney.Proven experience with real property, HOAs, property management, real estate, landlord-tenant issues, landlords, multifamily transactions, easements, and/or boundary disputes.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.Proficient in legal research and writing.Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.Excellent judgment and ability to interpret and make decisions in accordance with laws and regulations.Interested in hearing more?
