This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is eager to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including real estate, business services, and landlord disputes.ResponsibilitiesRepresenting clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in commercial litigation matters.Conducting extensive legal research and analysis of laws, regulations, and legal articles to assist in the preparation of cases.Preparing and drafting various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, summaries, and briefs.Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations, guiding them through the complexities of commercial litigation.Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in order to avoid court proceedings and minimize potential costs and risks.Developing strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.Collaborating with legal staff, paralegals, and other attorneys to ensure the seamless handling of cases.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a proven track record of success.Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.Proficient in legal research and strong analytical skills to handle intricate legal issues.Experience in real estate, business services, and landlord disputes.Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve disputes efficiently and favorably.Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.High level of professionalism and ethical standards.Ability to work independently, manage large caseloads, and meet tight deadlines.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.If you are a passionate and dedicated attorney with a strong background in commercial litigation, we would love to hear from you.
