Our firm is seeking a seasoned Attorney to take over our practice. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about the legal industry and has a keen interest in real estate law. The successful candidate will handle a variety of legal matters, including real property, HOA, landlord-tenant issues, large transactions, easements, and boundary disputes.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Admitted to the New Mexico State Bar.At least 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney.Proven experience with real property, HOAs, property management, real estate, landlord-tenant issues, landlords, multifamily transactions, easements, and/or boundary disputes.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.Proficient in legal research and writing.Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.Excellent judgment and ability to interpret and make decisions in accordance with laws and regulations.Interested in hearing more?
