Job Overview:
As a PE Analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging your advisory, investment banking, or private equity experience to support the analysis, evaluation, and execution of private equity investments. Compensation:
$85,000 - $115,000 + bonus

Responsibilities:
In the role of PE Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:
Conducting thorough due diligence and financial analysis on potential investment opportunities
Assisting in the preparation of investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Supporting the evaluation and execution of investment transactions, including financial modeling and deal structuring
Monitoring and analyzing portfolio company performance, identifying key drivers and risks
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support investment strategies and portfolio management
Participating in market research and industry analysis to identify potential investment themes and opportunities
Assisting in the preparation of investor reporting and presentations for fund updates
Contributing to the development and enhancement of investment processes and tools
Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in private equity
Supporting ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by senior team members
Qualifications:
To be considered for the PE Analyst role, you should have:
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Previous experience in advisory, investment banking, or private equity roles
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent understanding of private equity investment concepts and industry dynamics
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
