Navis, Atlanta, Georgia, United States, 30383

Kaleris is a private equity-backed software firm focused on supply chain optimization, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. We are a global leader in the supply chain execution market, focused on accelerating the transformation of digital supply chain for industrial and finished goods shippers and carriers by combining best-in-class solutions for challenges tied to yard management, shipment visibility, and asset management, across rail, truck, and multi-mode transportation.

New Business Development Representatives (NBD) will manage small accounts and generate new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience. NBD reps will also follow-up on prospects originated through inbound inquiries and outbound GTM campaigns, nurture and develop prospect interest, convert to Sales Qualified Leads, and coordinate an organized hand-off of the SQL to Sales. NBD reps will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

NBD reps will manage assigned customer accounts, identify new business opportunities, and engage with prospects to service leads from GTM campaigns and channels and convert them to SQLs for Sales. In addition, NBD reps will make outreach calls and build relationships with prospective clients. Other duties include follow up with clients and prospects via phone calls, emails, and other types of communication, and create and maintain account and contact data in Salesforce.

NBD reps will make dozens of calls per day to generate interest, qualify prospects, and close sales. A good NBD rep must have excellent communication skills since they work directly with customers and prospects and will also need to be very organized since they will handle several accounts simultaneously.
