A law firm in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 4-8 years of experience and 7000 hours representing commercial real estate acquirers, sellers, developers, financers, or users. The ideal candidate should have a practical understanding of common issues and industry solutions related to the acquisition, sale, development, finance, and/or use of commercial real estate, including commercial, mixed-use, or multifamily properties.Duties:Represent commercial real estate acquirers, sellers, developers, financers, or users in various transactionsDiscuss and address common issues and industry solutions related to commercial real estateProvide basic familiarity with financial and accounting issues related to commercial real estateManage and review title opinions, draft objection letters, and resolve title issues and coverageDevelop deep insight into commercial real estate in Texas and nationwideProvide legal counsel to developers, banks, middle-market businesses, and entrepreneursRequirements:4-8 years of experience representing commercial real estate clientsPractical understanding of acquisition, sale, development, finance, and use of commercial real estateExperience representing real estate owners, developers, managers, investors, or brokers in various transactionsFamiliarity with managing and reviewing title opinions and resolving title issuesTechnical proficiency with the Microsoft Office SuiteJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law schoolActive membership in good standing with the Texas BarEducation:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law schoolCertifications:Active membership in good standing with the Texas BarSkills:Strong legal analysis and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and accuracyProficiency in the Microsoft Office SuiteBenefits Offered:Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurancePaid life insurance
