at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for key finance partnerships within the Global Operations organization. With a 40,000 member Global Operations team and a $10 billion annual capital spend, this is an ideal position for an experienced finance leader accustomed to working in a fast-paced multi-national environment where strategic influencing and outstanding business acumen are critical skills.As Finance Partner to key leaders in the Global Operations organization, you will support strategic decision making, optimize resource allocation, and drive organizational efficiency. You will work closely with the front-end and assembly & test controllers, as well as the Operations planning organization, to scrutinize the global capex budget, balancing the need to ensure that critical investments are made in a timely fashion to support Micron’s long-term revenue growth while meeting high ROI, capital efficiency, and cash flow requirements.You will report to Micron’s Vice President, Global Operations Finance, and collaborate with global departments within Finance (Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, Treasury etc.) and across the company at all levels of the organization (including C-level) to help optimize Micron’s financial performance.We are looking for a senior leader with a track record of driving operational performance and process improvement, and demonstrated ability to attract, hire and retain top talent. You will be comfortable working in a dynamic, iterative environment that also affords the stability of a global, well-established and competitive technology company.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Partner with finance and operations stakeholders to develop and implement effective capital planning process and systemManage government subsidy programs globally to maximize value for MicronDrive for best-in-class capital efficiency by understanding competitive benchmarks, establishing internal objectives, and driving accountability throughout the organizationOptimize capital allocation with the goal of maximize return on investment (ROI) for the companyDevelop a high-performing team and resilient organization, including resource planning, training, mentoring, rewarding, and developing succession plansEnsure compliance with GAAP, Micron accounting policies and practices, and other relevant rules and regulationsCollaborate with other leaders and teams inside and outside the global Finance organization to develop highly effective working relationshipsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field.
