Project Manager

We actively strive to channel our highly engaged employees' knowledge, critical thinking, innovative solutions for our clients.ResponsibilitiesPlanning, overseeing, and coordinating projects, overseeing the achievement of larger organizational goals, keeping stakeholders informed the entire way.Oversee a 40-50 person team, assigned in shifts 24x7x365, supported by the Project Manager to provide lifecycle management to include servers, workstations, network management and monitoring, network security, performance, equipment inventory management, and helpdeskMonitor progress and keep stakeholders informedAttend the required weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings, responsible for presenting regular concise program status updates, and ensuring timely resolution of critical program issues.Collaborate with the customer to support and deliver requirements.Subcontractor management, if applicable.Ensure accountability across the team of assigned team leads and their teams (System Engineering, Network Engineering, Service Desk)Adherence to the FAR.QualificationsBachelor’s DegreeAt least three (3) years of experience managing a geographically dispersed team in an IT enterprise environment, across multiple shifts, 24x7x365.A Program Management Professional (PgMP) or IT Infrastructure Library certification is required.Experience and knowledge of the Microsoft computing environment and the IT enterprise environment, leading complex information technology programs for government organizations.Expertise to prepare and present information/data via oral briefing(s) and written reports.Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations System (FAR)Ability to be on-site in Washington D.C. 8 hours a day between the hours of 6:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize multiple assignments with strict deadlines and ability to coordinate efforts among multiple shifts and resources.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Final salary determination based on skill-set, qualifications, and approved funding.Many of our jobs come with great benefits – Some offerings are dependent upon the role, work schedule, or location, and may include the following:Paid Time OffPTO / Vacation – 5.67 hours accrued per pay period / 136 hours accrued annuallyPaid Holidays - 11California residents receive an additional 24 hours of sick leave a yearHealth & WellnessMedicalDentalVisionPrescriptionEmployee Assistance ProgramShort- & Long-Term DisabilityLife and AD&D InsuranceSpending AccountFlexible Spending AccountHealth Savings AccountHealth Reimbursement AccountDependent Care Spending AccountCommuter BenefitsRetirement401k / 401aVoluntary BenefitsHospital IndemnityCritical IllnessAccident InsurancePet InsuranceLegal InsuranceID Theft ProtectionEstimated Salary/WageUSD $115,000.00/Yr.
