Lead the execution of all or many of the activities in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support). Work closely with the Project Manager to plan the project and identify critical dependencies. Gather customer requirements, configure the Ceridian solution to meet documented customer requirements, set and manage customer expectations, provide guidance to other project resources, identify risks and communicate issues to the Project Manager. Deliver Organizational Readiness consulting in support of Ceridian’s Organizational Readiness toolkit. Provide Implementation Services to Customers: document and validate customer’s business requirements and map to Ceridian functionality; configure the Ceridian application to meet customer’s business requirements; support change management; participate in business process mapping; handle employee data integration; conduct consulting sessions (on the phone and in person) and document with meeting minutes; attend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables; provide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise. Develop SQL database scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfaces. Be a “go-to” resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external users. Work with customers to implement Ceridian Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout of the Ceridian solution. Contribute to Internal Implementation Initiatives: document solutions and contribute to a solutions repository; document best practices and share with the Practice; Participate in a Subject Matter Expert (SME) program in at least one Ceridian HCM module (Payroll, Benefits, WFM). Focus on Continuing Education: Contribute to internal knowledge share; review questions and provide feedback on a continuous basis; participate in Continuing Education sessions and lead Implementation best practice sessions; complete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product release. Provide Sales Support; support the sales cycle through solution review and feedback and assistance with scoping and estimation; participate in prospect discussions regarding solutions overview and implementation considerations. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Human Resource, Management or related field of study and 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in human capital management (HCM) applications consulting as consultant or analyst or related occupation in human capital management (HCM). Must possess 8 years of experience in each of the following:Business process mapping and change managementEmployee data integration or HCM;SQL scripts and XML transformers or interfaces;Consultative or functional experience with multiple Dayforce HCM modulesJob Location:
