Program Manager, The Office of Population Health - Global Collaborative Health Care Consulting

The Population Health Program Manager will work within the Office of Population Health in collaboration with Johns Hopkins Medicine International and a global client base. The Program Manager will act as a liaison between JHM and various global partners to ensure project objectives are established, project deliverables are completed on time with high quality, and client service agreements meet the population health needs of individual global partners.

Manage a portfolio of global health partnerships including relationship and project management while defining the population scope and impact based on the deliverables set forth

Accountable for the communication of timelines, execution of the population health workstreams, production of the global partner status reports, and reporting of the clinical and analytical accomplishments

Must be comfortable working autonomously in a complex health system with diverse global partners on population health projects spanning wide-ranging deliverables for global clients

Hours:

Full Time, 40hrs per week

Requirements:

Ability to travel internationally

Bachelor's in Business, Health Administration or other relevant field is required. Master's preferred

Minimum 7 years' experience in business or healthcare, including relevant work experience in program management

Minimum 3 years of prior project management experience with proficiency in project management tooling and platforms
