Provide management oversight for Respiratory Therapy and Sleep Medicine as well as our state of the art robotics program.
In this role you will
ensure high quality patient care, satisfying regulatory requirements and budgetary constraints. Be accountable for operating budgets including input into preparation and monthly review. Ensure variances are explained and action plan developed to operate within budgetary constraints. Directly supervises the clinical administration of Respiratory Care Services on a daily basis, acting as a resource for staff therapists. Provide oversight and support to the operations of the Sleep Medicine Department. Oversee, evaluate and maintain staffing requirements including input into the hiring, training scheduling, and termination. Participate in the progressive discipline process. Complete staff performance evaluations, within the required timeframe and set goals and expectations.

Education:Graduate from an approved Respiratory Therapy ProgramBachelors degree required, Masters degree in health care administration preferred
Licensures/Certifications:* Registered Respiratory Therapist (R.R.T.) required* Pa State legal credential required* Perinatal/Pediatric Certification preferred
