Ensure integrity of financial and statistical data through preparation and review of general ledger entries, reports, and analysisProvide leadership in supporting complex multidisciplinary activities and projectsDevelop and implement financial reporting programs and toolsInterpret and implement accounting rules, policies, and regulationsProvide expert analytical, financial, and compliance support to department and institutional leadership
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum of 8 years of experience in accounting or finance for Accounting or Finance degree holders; 12 years for other business-related degreesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft applicationsStrong investigational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and presentation skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's degree in a business-related fieldCPA, CMA, or CIA certificationExperience with large accounting and grant management systems
