We are seeking a a strategic leader who is adept at managing a team of professionals in data analytics, data engineering, and intelligence automation within an agile framework. The Project Manager will be responsible for the health, performance, and success of the task order, ensuring that all project goals are met efficiently and effectively.What Your Day Might Include…Oversee the execution of the task order, ensuring alignment with the project’s scope, budget, and timeline.Lead and manage a team involved in data analytics, data engineering, and intelligence automation.Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.Monitor and report on the overall health and performance of the program.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and status reports.Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address any challenges.Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients.Ensure clear communication and collaboration with all stakeholders, including DHS ICE officials.Prepare and present project updates, proposals, and reports to stakeholders.Implement agile methodologies to improve project efficiency and responsiveness.Lead agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Continuously evaluate and refine agile processes to enhance team performance.Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.Manage and document project changes, ensuring thorough impact analysis and stakeholder approval.RequirementsUS Citizenship Required to obtain Public TrustDHS Public Trust PreferredBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a government or DHS setting.Proven experience managing projects involving data analytics, data engineering, and intelligence automation.Demonstrated experience working in an agile environment.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks.Experience working with DHS ICE or similar federal agencies.Familiarity with data analytics tools and technologies.Understanding of federal contracting and compliance requirements.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
