Our human-centered, data-driven approach is focused on truly understanding the environment and the challenge, and reimagining with our customer how outcomes can be achieved.Our team of technologists leverage modern, agile methods to design and develop equitable, accessible, and innovative data and software services that impact hundreds of millions of people.As a member of the Amivero team you will use your empathy for a customer’s situation, your passion for service, your energy for solutioning, and your bias towards action to bring modernization to very important, mission-critical, and public service government IT systems.Special RequirementsUS Citizenship Required to obtain Public TrustBachelor Degree +10 years of relevant experienceExperience in Customer Engagement and Strategic Organic Growth of AccountsThe Gist…The Sr. Account Manager is the main point-of-contact for Login.gov partners and supports their needs from the facilitation of the agreement process, onboarding, day-to-day requests, and regular touchbases to ensure growth and overall partner success.What Your Day Might Include…Serves as the lead/go-to person for assigned Market Segment accounts, managing day-to-day partner support, hosting and facilitating recurring partner calls and touch bases.Responsible for facilitating and hosting Quarterly Business Review calls with partners that share all relevant information for the partnership inclusive of strategy plan, KPIs, milestones, and other relevant information across all Login.gov teams to provide a cohesive account of success and growth areas for a given quarter.Responsible for documenting overall status of each agency partnership, overall account health, and growth opportunities in Partner Agency summaries and able to articulate partner status when asked by Leadership.Manages Market Segment account data in AirTable and ensures data is accurate, kept up-to-date weekly, and includes all relevant information required.Responsible for day-to-day account support for assigned market segment ie. initial ticket triage in Zendesk (existing IAA POCs and account growth opportunities, not to include technical tasks or new business inquiries), answering requests for materials/information, passing over new leads/growth opportunities shared from existing IAA POCs, tracking relevant notes, closing out completed tickets, etc.Facilitate the agreement process in partnership with Biz Ops and Business Development Rep ie. starting new agreements, renewals, and modifications.Develop market segment strategy in collaboration with Business Development Rep for growth opportunities ie. identifying HISPs, relevant demographics, new applications.Participates in recurring and ad-hoc meetings to facilitate Login.gov partner needs and Partnership Team needs ie. AM Team meetings, weekly BizOps meeting, Product/Partnerships Monthly meeting, etc.Share leadership-approved proactive partner communications, urgent updates, and other ad-hoc comms to support Partner Outreach strategy.Supervise an Account Management program model for Amivero that is scalable and adaptable across the federal landscape including account management, customer success, and business development.Implement program roadmaps to promote program maturation, revenue growth, market expansion, and improved data management.Through data-driven insights, develop recommendations for process development, controls, and tooling improvements to improve end-to-end partner support services.Attend team and stakeholder meetings, participate in and/or direct working groups, preparation sessions and other planning-focused engagements and informational sessions as necessary.You'll Bring These Qualifications...Bachelor’s + 10 years of relevant experience.US Citizenship Required to obtain Public Trust.Experience working in a technical environment.Experience in proving cost estimates and project timelines.Expert ability to build and manage customer relationships.Knowledge of Login.Gov.Previous experience managing project timelines.EOE/M/F/VET/DISABLEDAll qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
