Director of Business Development
SemiGen has an opening for a Director of Business Development to work on a small high-functioning team. This role focuses on impacting customer satisfaction by meeting demands and paying attention to details for incoming and outgoing materials and products. Formulate the business development strategy aligned with organizational goals. Develop plans to meet annual revenue goals with quarterly forecasts. Provide updates on business development progress against strategic objectives. Create business proposals based on customer requirements, product capability, and market knowledge. Research market and industry trends. Develop long-term strategic customer relationships. Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities with a focus on large accounts. Contribute to new product strategy and roadmap. Train the sales force on new products and marketing plans. Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of business development experience in High reliability OEM components. Strong technical sales and marketing knowledge in Aerospace & Defense, Space, and Medical markets. In-depth understanding of microelectronic manufacturing services, Semiconductor products, and RF microwave technologies. Ability to travel up to 25-35% of the time. Demonstrable skills in product management tools. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Office, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and HubSpot.com. U.S. citizenship required.
