Deep Dive is an entity of The CPG, which provides category management and analytics as the foundation and to further fuel growth. This role is ideally based in Minneapolis, MN, but remote locations will be considered for the right candidate.JOB OVERVIEWYou will excel as an Account Manager if you are able to provide the best service to our clients through exceptional communication, top-notch problem-solving skills, and the ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProactively recognizes sales trends and identifies new opportunities for our Vendor Partners.Analyzes sales data on a weekly basis and reports the highlights, concerns, and trends to Vendor Partners.Manages collaborative forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing new items, TPC’s or special events.Monitors instock position and proper execution by tracking PO’s and shipping on time and complete.Attending weekly/monthly meetings with Target Buyers and Business Analysts to discuss opportunities and concerns.Provides meeting recaps to Vendor Partners and Target team outlining action plans for all items discussed in meetings.Manages item set up and maintenance for Vendor Partners.Completes chargeback and accounts payable research for Vendor Partners.Manages packaging and quality processes for Target’s Private label vendors.Possess intellectual curiosity to formulate constructive questions and solutions to drive the business.Ownership of your businessesDirectly impacting key business decisions and initiativesManaging vendor and retail relationships.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLSTarget experience requiredBachelor’s degree requiredExperience with Target systemsAble to prioritize tasks based on understanding of business needsUtilizes critical thinking to drive for resultsIntellectual curiosity to formulate constructive questions and solutions to drive the businessCommunicates clearly, concisely, and in a timely mannerHas a sense of urgency and is able to anticipate the needs of the business and teamValues and uses their time and the time of others effectively and efficientlyBENEFITSWe offer a generous package of health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, paid maternity/paternity leave and life insurance.
