Role summary

As a People Coordinator at Volley, you will be sourcing, coordinating & managing candidate experiences across all of our hiring teams. This includes expanding and managing our existing talent network via outreach and CRM drip campaigns, supporting candidates throughout our hiring process via seamless interview scheduling & internal coordination. You’ll be joining a team dedicated to equitability, inclusivity, diversity, and innovative hiring practices.Volley is in a period of high growth, and this role will be well-seated to grow with the organization. You will have an opportunity to support other People Operations functions, including HR.This job opportunity offers a hybrid work arrangement, and we are specifically seeking candidates who are comfortable with on-site attendance in our Bay Area office 3 times per week and are either currently residing in or near the Bay Area or willing to relocate for on-site work.What you'll do at Volley

here !For Pay Transparency: The salary range that we expect to pay for this position is

$115,360-$144,200

annually. This is a portion of the pay band for the role and level we are seeking. The final offer amount will depend on experience, education, and skills. Base pay is only one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their workAbout Us
