1Position Summary:The PRA II in Record Completion is responsible for analyzing patient record content in order to accurately assign documentation deficiencies to the responsible physician; communicating/coordinating with medical and house staff regarding healthcare record deficiencies; and providing assistance to physicians in the completion of incomplete healthcare records and documents according to hospital by-laws, rules, regulations and JCAHO guidelines. Prepares and compiles daily, weekly, and monthly statistical reports, ensuring integrity of chart deficiency database, and participates in departmental PI projects.Total CompensationIn addition to the salary range listed below, we offer a wealth of benefits to make working at UCI even more rewarding.
