Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $70,000 to $75,000 per year.
Job Description
Preparation of financial statements and accompanying footnote disclosuresPreparation of federal and state tax returns for individuals and various business entity typesPlan and execute audit and tax engagements, including monitoring budgets and progress, and reporting status to team membersAssistance in research and analysis of accounting and tax issuesDirect interaction with client personnel to discuss and resolve tax and accounting-related matters
Requirements
Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft OfficeSelf-motivated and detail-orientedResponsibilities increase with demonstrated skill
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business and a minimum of 1-year relevant experience
