You'll have the chance to showcase your skills by drafting impactful motions for summary judgment and other dispositive motions, conducting depositions, and first and second chairing trials and arbitrations. You will also provide advice and counsel to employers, includes crafting employee handbooks, agreements, conducting trainings, crisis management, and investigations.QualificationsCalifornia bar membership is required. At least four years of solid employment law experience. Excellent legal research, writing, verbal communication, and analytical skills.
